These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jugaad AI website, orchestration engine (Paperclip), and proprietary AI models (OpenClaw, NemoClaw) provided by Orangelabz.
By signing an engagement agreement, booking a pilot, or utilizing any of our automated AI Agents (including but not limited to WhatsApp SDR, Proposal Writer, Deal Scorer), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Jugaad AI provides custom-engineered autonomous AI systems for B2B sales automation. While our AI SDRs are trained to maximize accuracy, you acknowledge that generative AI can occasionally produce unpredictable outputs. You agree to maintain human oversight protocols and indemnify Jugaad AI against damages resulting from unmoderated automated outreaches.
Use of our platform comprises the upfront setup fee, a monthly scaling fee per active agent, and the agreed-upon AI pilot revenue share (10-12% standard, or as defined in your Enterprise agreement). You agree to provide accurate CRM/closing data to our Weekly Revenue Dashboard to calculate these commissions transparently.
You may not use our agents to:
Jugaad AI retains all intellectual property rights to the core logic, agent frameworks, prompts, and NemoClaw runtime architecture. You retain 100% ownership over the leads generated, your proprietary company data, and the final executed contracts and proposals.
