This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") supplements the Terms of Service. If you are operating under a Growth Engine or Enterprise Bharat plan, this DPA governs how Jugaad AI processes personal data on your behalf.
Under this agreement, you act as the Data Fiduciary (or Data Controller) and Jugaad AI (Orangelabz) acts as the Data Processor (or sub-processor). We will process data solely based on your documented instructions (configured via the Paperclip engine).
Our autonomous agents interact with your leads across channels (WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn). The data processed includes business names, contact details, CRM notes, and conversational intent mapping.
To operate our multi-agent model smoothly across India, we utilize specific third-party infrastructure. By using Jugaad AI, you authorize the use of:
Upon termination of your pilot or subscription engagement, Jugaad AI will securely delete all MemoryAgent state memories, CRM extractions, and pipeline intelligence associated with your account within 30 days, unless applicable law requires storage of the personal data.
In the event of a confirmed personal data breach affecting your records, Jugaad AI will notify you without undue delay (no later than 48 hours) to assist you in meeting your reporting obligations to the Data Protection Board of India.
