At Jugaad AI, operating under Orangelabz ("Jugaad AI", "we", "us", "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our autonomous AI agent services, including ProspectorBot, WhatsApp SDR, MemoryAgent, and others running on our Paperclip and Claw architectures.

1. The Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data: First name, last name, username, title, company name.
• Contact Data: Email address, telephone numbers, WhatsApp Business API endpoints, LinkedIn profiles.
• Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system.
• Operational Data: Prompt histories, AI orchestration logs, lead lists provided by you, CRM extraction data (e.g. from Zoho, Salesforce).

2. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To provide and maintain our AI orchestration services and model runtimes (NemoClaw/OpenClaw).
• To train client-specific AI agents operating within your dedicated silo (unless explicitly opted out).
• To deploy ProspectorBot scanning across open-source databases (LinkedIn, IndiaMART) per your instructions.
• To manage our relationship with you, including billing, setup, and revenue share tracking.

3. Data Sovereignty & Hosting

For our Enterprise Bharat clients, all sensitive interaction data, LLM states, and CRM syncing logs are hosted on on-premise infrastructure or an AWS Mumbai cluster to ensure complete data residency within Indian borders. Public API telemetry is anonymized and securely encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 standard.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Jugaad AI does not sell your personal data. We may share your data strictly with service providers acting as processors (e.g., AWS, Meta for WhatsApp API integration) who provide IT and system administration services.
